Lori Bosma REam, LPC, LCMHC, LCPC, NCC

Chief Executive Officer & Principal Consultant

Lori is a educator, public speaker, and founder of Responder Development & Empowerment (RDE). She specializes in compassion fatigue, moral injury, and trauma among first responders including military and ER healthcare professionals. Lori is trained in EMDR therapy and her work has been published in the FBI’s Law Enforcement Bulletin with RDE’s Principal Consultant, Dr. Stacy Henning. With a background in education and sexual misconduct prevention and response in higher education, she offers a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach.

Tom Crees, MA, PLPC

Thomas is a mental health professional under supervision of Dr. Jean Moretto, LPC, a U.S. Army veteran, former law enforcement officer, public speaker, and co-founder of Responder Development and Empowerment (RDE), specializing in addiction medicine, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), criminal justice reform, violence reduction, and trauma-informed care.

Patrice bathon, MA, LPC, RN

Lead Consultant, EMS/Healthcare Initiatives

With a background in law enforcement and nursing, including work in the NICU and behavioral health, Patrice helps individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and more through a compassionate, collaborative approach. Drawing from EMDR, CBT, depth psychology, mindfulness, and some somatic practices, Patrice supports her clients in finding clarity, healing, and a deeper connection with themselves.

Josh Faller, MA, PLPC, cit

Josh Faller is a United States Marine Corps veteran and former law enforcement officer with nine years of service. He currently works as a mental health professional under supervision of Lisa Flamion, LPC, and works in a Sheriff’s Office Crisis Intervention Unit and is completing his master’s degree in counseling with a focus on treating PTSD and trauma in first responders and military veterans. He is proud to be part of Responder Development & Empowerment (RDE), supporting the mental health and resilience of frontline professionals.

LIsa Flamion, MA, LPC, cCTP-II

Principal Consultant, Crisis Interventions

Lisa is a licensed professional counselor and level III trained crisis negotiator currently working at the Jefferson County Sheriffs Office where she oversees the Co-Responding Unit and Officer Wellness initiatives. She also a part of the St Louis Critical Incident Stress Management Team, a CIT Instructor and a public speaker.

Stacy Henning, PhD, LPC

Principal Consultant & Business Advisor

Dr. Stacy Henning is a professor at Webster university where she has been teaching, supervising and leading for more than 17 years. Stacy is also an LPC specializing in work with women and couples. 

Kent REam, EMT

Administrative coordinator

As RDE’s Administrative Coordinator, Kent brings more than 16 years of experience as an EMT and EMS Instructor to the RDE team. After retiring from a distinguished career in emergency medical services and education, Kent transitioned into administration, where his operational knowledge, dedication, and compassion continue to support RDE’s mission and the communities it serves.
